TSS provides technical training in the use of hardware, software, and database systems. We provide our clients with on-site and remote training, technical support, and technical writing support. We design develop, and implement training programs and manuals and acts at the appropriate subject matter experts for the resolution of end user technical issues. Our staff attends training, meetings, and briefings as necessary to maintain knowledge of programs supported by our clients. We have experience providing configuration and training support to military facilities using webinars, teleconferences, and the Defense Collaboration Service (DCS). In addition to providing direct training, we suggest data for further training materials and research. Upon completing our training sessions, we maintain a relationship with our customers so that they can reach out to us with further questions or concerns.
