Closeout Contract Specialist. Our Contract Closeout Specialists provide administrative support to the contracting divisions of several of our clients. We assist with customer service questions, oversee retention processes, coordinate weekly courier runs with the closeout contractor and file room staff, and enter closeout actions to be processed into inventory. TSS also performs other duties associated with closeout, including file room culling, coordination, and ordering of records retention boxes.

Senior Procurement/Contract Specialists. TSS’ contract specialist experience includes planning, developing, and establishing the contractual strategy for the implementation of a training program. We oversee and participate in the development of contracting policies and Standard Operating Procedures for procurement processes and training initiatives. TSS also manages and coordinates the planning, implementation, assessment, and any related improvements of training activities and organization change provided in support of contract system users. We support the development and review of stakeholder messaging, presentations, demonstrations, newsletters, and notices, and update these documents on the client document databases.

Contract Specialist/Procurement Analyst. TSS provides Procurement Analyst services in support of acquisition professional development and training programs. We plan, develop, and establish the contractual strategy for the acquisition programs and serve as a Contract Office for complex procurements. We also review and evaluate procurement-related training and troubleshoot problems and issues pertaining to our client’s objectives.
