Marck Buerkle was selected as TekPro Support Services’ Employee of the Quarter for January – March 2025. Executive leadership recognized him as an exemplary asset to the 16th SPFSS Team because of his superior job performance and willingness to go above and beyond contractual obligations. His attitude and work ethic reinforced TSS’ continuous success on this contract.

Mark received many accolades for:

• Reviewing ACC POM requirements to ensure 16 AF equities were captured. Several items were missed but were rectified in a timely manner
• Providing three consolidated funding options for Urgent Needs within USCC. COA was selected and input into the USCC budgeting process
• Performing analysis of training funds from USCC to 16 AF from FY 24- FY 27 POM submissions for FM and A8. The information was used to inform the FM Working Group

Mark also led the way in the following initiatives:

• Analyzing and working on recommendations for additional funding in USCYBERCOM budget for JFHQ-C (AF), CO-IPEs, CMF Teams, and Robust Infrastructure
• Performing deep dive on O&M transfer between Air Force and USCC
• Developing funding profiles and budget submissions from the current execution year through the FYDP for two separate systems
