Damith Sebastian Fernando, the Team Leader of the FBI Logistics Warehouse Support, was selected as TekPro Support Services’ Employee of the Quarter for October to December 2024. He was recognized for his exceptional job performance and willingness to exceed expectations. His positive attitude and strong work ethic have directly contributed to TSS’s continuous success on the FBI contract.

Key achievements during this period include:

• Leading several meetings with VTC program leads, which provided asset visibility and facilitated the consolidation of 150 pallets of video telecommunication equipment.
• Supervising the identification and transportation of all VTC assets to a single location, resulting in the repurposing of over 2,000 square feet of usable warehouse space.
• Developing an email notification system that informs customers when their packages are received at the warehouse, including pictures. This initiative has provided significant cost savings to FBI customers by reducing the risk of damaged goods.

Damith has received numerous accolades for his work, including:
• “Great work on this, Sebastian! The customer was very happy with the level of communication you provided. Keep it up!” – the receipt and acceptance project
• “Thank you, Sebastian and team, for doing such an outstanding job clearing all of the inventory that needed to be destroyed.” – the Safe Disposal project
