Beth Sosnowski
Beth Sosnowski is the Supervisor of the Building Logistics Team, which provides logistical support to government and contractor employees working in the larger, more populated buildings on a one-million-square-foot campus. Her role is both unique and challenging, as her team is spread across six different buildings.
Beth consistently demonstrates her managerial skills by ensuring that each location is adequately staffed, that every team member receives proper training, and that customers are satisfied with the level of service provided. She is frequently tasked with managing complex shipments and addressing customer requests, but she manages to keep operations running smoothly despite any obstacles.
Under her leadership, the team has shown remarkable professionalism, handling stressful situations with ease. The metrics reflect the team’s efficiency as well as Beth’s leadership expertise. In FY 25, the team received and delivered over 17,000 pieces of mail and shipped out more than 12,000 items. Additionally, they assisted in locating and transferring 69,000 pieces of accountable property and engaged in 11,500 customer service interactions. The team also handled 300 relocation requests and completed 280 supply requests.
Beth’s team is often praised for their willingness to go above and beyond and their commitment to providing superior customer service. She maintains the team’s reputation for having little to no discrepancies by leveraging each member’s strengths and mentoring them through their weaknesses.
