Public Affairs Support

TSS’ team of personnel includes skillfully trained and highly qualified personnel with years of experience with congressional affairs to assist our clients with communications needs. We provide speech writing and graphic design support for strategic planning documents. Our Public Affairs Specialists compose reports to track Congressional activity, review congressional testimony, and work across the department to monitor legislation and policies that directly affect our clients.

In addition to supporting strategic planning, TSS plans and coordinates special events, writes and edits all media and Congressional correspondence, authors speeches and briefing materials for senior leadership, writes and edits media press releases, and authors content and develops agency and Congressional newsletters. We also conduct research, monitoring, and meetings to guarantee all the client’s public affairs needs are met. TSS develops working relationships with client public affairs personnel, attends Congressional meetings with senior leadership to compose news articles, provides guidance to the Public and Congressional Affairs Office contract staff, and communicates suggested content and updates to the community as approved by our client’s leadership staff.
